color study no.57*

Giorgio Morandi's use of yellow ochre in the 
majority of his paintings has peaked my interest 
for some time. I finally decided to infuse it into 
my own palette and love the results. I did not use
the color as heavily as Morandi, but still like 
the minute effect.
